La Fête de la Cuisine Italienne le 17 janvier 2009

Organisée tous les ans par l'association de Chefs Italiens, GVCI, la fête internationale de la cuisine italienne aura lieu cette année le 17 janvier 2009 dans tous les pays du monde.

Cette nouvelle édition sera le prétexte pour mettre en avant un plat typique de la cuisine italienne. Tout cela pour démontrer, s'il le fallait, la grande richesse de cette cuisine. L'évènement sera relayé au travers différents restaurants dans le monde.

La recette mise en avant cette année est celle du "Risotto alla Milanese". Un plat né dans la vallée du Pô au Nord. Le Risotto alla Milanese, réalisé à base de safran, est le plat phare d'une grande ville italienne: Milan.

En France, cette fête sera célébrée au restaurant Findi à Paris, orchestrée par le Chef Girogio De Chirico.
